Undergraduate Preparation - NCUK International Diploma

Entrance Requirements

Minimum Entrance Requirements for the NCUK International Diploma: Students usually need to have successfully achieved a minimum of 2 Grade ‘D’ passes in UK recognised A Levels. Alternative qualifications at an equivalent standard are also recognised, including the NCUK International Foundation Year. In addition, a minimum English language level of IELTS 5.5 (TOEFL CBT= 200, iBT=72) is required.

Before you enroll for any NCUK programme you should seek advice on the suitability of your qualifications from your nearest NCUK Centre.

International Diploma Routes

There are 3 possible pathways that lead to the award of the International Diploma, namely the Business, Engineering and Computing. On each of the pathways, you can study a range of different subjects from 4 different areas.

On the Business pathway, the 4 areas are:

  • Business Studies
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Business Information Systems
  • Events Management

Students on the Engineering pathway can choose from:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering

The Computing pathway offers 4 different areas to choose from:

  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Networking
