As our new Academic Director, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of our business ensuring that we are ready to seize opportunities and face challenges in our sector. You will lead all of our academic, placement and quality assurance processes and you will build a culture of service, constructive challenge and continuous improvement that drives our business forward. You will lead a team to ensure that our pathway programmes are of the highest standard and prepare our students exceptionally well culturally, linguistically and academically to study and succeed in their degrees in the UK.
Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned academic leader who is commercially astute and can lead and manage a diverse range of stakeholders including: university staff, partner centre staff, external examiners, and members of NCUK academic and wider governance. You will be strategic, customer focused and comfortable leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. You will work well with internal and external stakeholders, be comfortable providing challenge to peers, and be committed to driving our business forward.
