Can you succeed in a busy customer services role in a global academic organisation?
As a Centre Support Executive for NCUK you will play a key role in delivering our business internationally. You will ensure that partners who deliver our qualifications receive the highest levels of support and training in their administration of our academic operations. You will work closely with staff in a regional portfolio of delivery partners, either for Asia or for Europe, Africa, ME and South Americas; providing advice and guidance relating to student registrations, marking and moderation, results and certification and support the IT systems and processes that help our centres deliver the best experience for their students.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience) and will have previous customer service experience. You will be culturally aware and able to prioritise work, meet deadlines under pressure and deliver on your commitments. You will work well with other people, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to achieving the highest standards of quality and service. As you will be working in a global environment, fluency in an additional language (especially Mandarin) would be an advantage.
