The College of International Education, Beijing Jiaotong University has dozens of classrooms, a number of lecture theatres, two computer classrooms and three laboratories. The main teaching building features four wisdom classrooms, a multifunction hall, a cultural auditorium, many study halls, two teachers’ lounges, and a student psychological consultation room.
Students can utilise the many different areas of the college including studying in the study hall or visiting the energy station and cafe. Other prominent areas on campus include the Shaw Library, Siyuan Square and Mao Yisheng Square. The conference rooms, reception rooms and common areas in the Tangshan campus of BJTU are clean and tidy and students can keep active by using the indoor stadium and outdoor sports ground. The canteen in the school can accommodate thousands of people and produces delicious, quality dishes. There are as many as 400 dormitories on campus. Dormitories are spacious and bright, with laundry services and other living facilities, and includes 24 hours support to ensure the physical and mental safety of students.
