An exciting development opportunity has arisen for an existing member of staff to gain experience overseeing the deployment of the Student Support strategy and managing NCUK’s student support services.
As Head of Student Support you will be a key stakeholder in building new opportunities for student support through knowledge and insight in the field and will develop, maintain and review the delivery of high-quality products and services, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead on the continuous development of staff, student support practises and online systems to maximise the conversion of students and contribute to the commercial success of NCUK.
This role is offered as an act-up opportunity to give existing staff an opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and gain experience working at a higher level. The act-up is being offered for one year; at the end of this time you will revert to your substantive role and salary. If you are on a fixed-term contract which would be due to expire during the period of act-up, this will be extended to cover the term of the act-up; you will not be guaranteed employment at the end of the fixed term.
