NCUK attends China Schools Awards
On 24 February, NCUK attended the China Schools Awards hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce China in Chengdu. At this event, 11 winners across different categories were announced and NCUK was delighted to sponsor one of the awards.
Harry Feng, NCUK’s Associate Director (China), presented the Enterprise and Employability Award to Beijing City International School, which recognises the school that shows the greatest commitment and innovation in developing confidence, an enterprising mindset and the creative and collaborative skills its students need to thrive beyond their university pathways into the world of work.
The evening included speeches from the British Consul-General in Chongqing, Stephen Ellison, who welcomed and praised the great and empowering work international-oriented schools do for their communities.
At NCUK, we recognise the value that education brings to students and the many doors that this opens to them when starting their own careers. We are proud to work with 39 Study Centres in China that deliver NCUK qualifications to support students in their academic journeys and beyond, by equipping them with the skills they need to succeed and university and after graduation.
