NCUK Launches “One Big Welcome” Campaign to Support Students’ Transition to University
As students receive their NCUK results, NCUK has launched the “One Big Welcome” campaign to provide multi-channel support throughout their university journey. The campaign aims to help students through the process of accepting their university offers, applying for a visa, securing accommodation and making travel arrangements.

Over the coming weeks, NCUK will be providing students with a wide range of resources via email communications, social media, and dedicated phone line and WhatsApp services. These resources include:
- Guidance on accepting university offers
- Visa application support
- Accommodation assistance
- Travel planning advice
NCUK recognizes that the transition from a Study Centre to a University abroad can be daunting and that international students face additional hurdles such as navigating new cultures, languages and visa requirements. By providing comprehensive resources to students, NCUK is committed to ensuring that each student has the support they need to make a smooth transition to university life.
