NCUK shortlisted for International Transnational Education Award

We are delighted to announce that NCUK has been shortlisted for the Educate North & UK Leadership Awards & Conference 2017 in the category of International Transnational Education.

The Educate North & UK Leadership Awards and Conference is a prestigious one-day conference and high profile awards ceremony, which will celebrate best practice and excellence in the education sector in the North. The awards, now in their third year, are partnered with The Telegraph and Prolific North and will be attended by up to 500 education professionals from various institutions from across the North, together with firms from several business sectors.

The educational sector has demonstrated significant growth and has a significant effect on the economic and cultural future of the North, and the UK as a whole.

The event aims to highlight the challenges facing the sector and open a debate on its societal value and its promising future as well as celebrate the Further and Higher Education institutions of the North across 19 categories.

The awards will be judged independently by a team of leading industry experts and professionals. The Academic Chairman of the Conference is Professor Sir Cary Cooper CBE, Professor of Organisational Psychology and Health at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.  He will be supported by Professor Phil Harris of The University of Chester and Nik Miller a former Executive at The University of York now part of The Bridge Group.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony held at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester on Thursday 27th April – wish us luck!
