NCUK visits Queen Mary University of London

Last month NCUK had the pleasure to attend an Agent Conference hosted by NCUK Partner University Queen Mary University of London which took place at its biggest campus, Mile End.

The event was attended by many education agents from all over the world and the day consisted of visiting a variety of different faculties within the university and spending time within these faculties like a student.

The talks were very interactive and in some of the faculties, attendees were given a real-life lesson which current students would have been taught while at university.

Some of the highlights of the day included extracting DNA from a Kiwi fruit in the School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences and making an alarm clock in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit the Observatory in the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences to see images of space that students had actually taken themselves. It was fantastic to see these state of the art facilities and the learning resources students at Queen Mary University of London have access to.

With NCUK, students can progress to a wide range of degree courses at Queen Mary University of London, including Business, Medicine and many more. If you’d like to know more about progressing to this university, click here.
