International Foundation Year
International Year One As a world-class technical university, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) was established in 1920. HIT is a member of the C9 League of Chinese Top Universities, known as the key universities that belong to Project 985 and the A class of the “Double First-Class” Program. HIT owns a strong faculty team led by the 39 academicians of China Academy of Science and China Academy of Engineering.
With the establishment of Harbin Institute of Technology, Weihai in 1985, HIT set up its branch campus in Weihai, the beautiful and best livable coastal city by the Yellow Sea.
