Greater China Awards Ceremony 2020

On Friday 31st of January, NCUK representatives had the honour of attending the Greater China Awards 2020 at The Lowry in Salford, for which NCUK was nominated under the Education Links Award category.

NCUK was delighted to receive the third prize for this category which recognised the strong links that NCUK has with China, having doubled the number of Study Centres in this region over the last two years to almost 30, with over 75% of students going on to study in the UK.

It was a pleasure to see that NCUK was only third to two of its partner universities, The University of Manchester and the University of Salford.

We would like to congratulate the School of Arts and Media at the University of Salford for coming in a respectable second place due to their growth in the number of partnerships in Greater China, from three in 2018 to ten in 2020.

We would also like to congratulate the Alliance Manchester Business School at The University of Manchester for a well-deserved first place as they have created an excellent network of partners to support the focused delivery of tailored programmes for executive education.

We are extremely grateful for having being nominated for the Greater China Awards 2020 and for achieving a third place against two fantastic universities that we are proud to work so closely with.
