NCUK Achievements with University Partners in China!

In a remarkable display of partnership and recognition, NCUK recently participated in two significant events, marking milestones for both the University of Huddersfield’s China Office and NCUK’s collaboration with Auckland University of Technology.

The University of Huddersfield’s China Office celebrated its 15th anniversary with a momentous event attended by esteemed guests and partners. Among the attendees was Harry Feng, NCUK’s Associate Director – China who took part in the celebration. Professor Bob Cyran CBE, Vice Chancellor of the University of Huddersfield, presented the ‘Best Loyalty Partner’ award to NCUK for their unwavering loyalty and exceptional partnership.

This recognition highlights the deep bond between the two institutions and their collective commitment to providing top-notch education to students.

NCUK has played a vital role in enabling thousands of Chinese students to fulfil their dreams of studying at prestigious UK universities. Through its strategic partnership with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) at The Sino-British College (SBC), NCUK has provided Chinese students with exciting study opportunities.

A notable achievement of this partnership is the access it has created for Chinese students to the University of Huddersfield. By studying at USST at SBC, students not only receive a comprehensive education but also have the chance to obtain a full BA (Hons) degree in Events Management from the University of Huddersfield. This unique collaboration includes faculty members from the University of Huddersfield who travel to Shanghai to deliver top-notch education to the students.

NCUK also took part in the Auckland University of Technology China Partner Conference. The conference provided a platform for NCUK to meet with Professor Guy Littlefair, the Vice-Chancellor of Auckland University of Technology, as well as other influential figures in academia. Recognising NCUK’s outstanding contributions and dedication as a business partner, the University of Huddersfield received a prestigious award at the conference. This accolade solidifies NCUK’s reputation as an excellent collaborator and affirms the strong business ties between the two universities.
