Universities in the UK

Aston University

  • Global Ambassador Scholarship
    • Successful applicants will be awarded £3,000 to help with tuition fees. This scholarship is available for students applying to postgraduate taught programmes (excluding the MBA). Application required. Click here to find out more.

    • Up to 50 scholarships are available to support the most dedicated and talented candidates starting the Aston MBA full-time programme in January 2023. Application required. Click here for more information.
  • Aston Enterprise Scholarship
    • Full scholarship (100% reduction in tuition fees) for a master’s course beginning in September 2023. Support from Aston Enterprise, including mentorship, office space and a grant to start a business in Birmingham after they graduate. Click here for more information.
  • Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship
    • Chance to win £8,000 tuition fee discount by completing a form stating why you’d be a suitable candidate to receive the scholarship. Available for students applying to postgraduate taught programmes (except the MBA). Online application. Click here for more information.
  • NCUK Pathway Scholarship
    • Exclusive scholarships for NCUK students are available worth £5,000. Application required. Click here for more information.
  • Ferguson Scholarship
    • Seven scholarships of £10,500 will be exclusively available to students from Africa and India for the 2023/24 academic year. Only available to students studying specific Postgraduate taught programmes. Click here to find out more.

University of Bradford

  • International Academic Excellence Fee Scholarship
    • The country equivalent of 2:1 at degree level will result in a £2,500 fee scholarship. Students from one of the countries eligible for the Country Specific Scholarship will receive a £3,000 fee scholarship. The country equivalent of first-class Honours at degree level will result in a £3,000 fee scholarship. Students from one of the countries eligible for the Country Specific Scholarship will receive a £3,500 fee scholarship. No application is required. Click here for more information.
  • EU Student Scholarships
    • Eligible to students from all EU countries who are studying a course full-time at the University of Bradford (excluding MBA, distance learning and external). This is an automatic tuition fee discount with the following amounts available; Students domiciled in Italy – £7,000, students domiciled in Spain – £6,500, students domiciled in France – £6,000, students domiciled in Portugal, Poland or Germany – £5,000, students domiciled in any other EU country – £3,000.   • Middle East, North Africa, South Asia & Southeast Asia Scholarship
    • Overseas students from the following countries, who are studying a course full time at the University of Bradford (excluding MBA, distance learning and external), are eligible for these scholarships; Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt (United Arab Republic of), Indonesia, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Nepal, Palestine (West Bank; Gaza Strip inc E Jerusa), Sri Lanka, Tunisia and Türkiye. This is an automatic fee reduction worth £5,000 and will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 60% or above. Click here to learn more.
  • Sub-Saharan African Scholarship
    • This award is for self-funding, international fee-paying students who are nationals of Nigeria, Kenya, Botswana, Uganda and South Africa. All students from Nigeria, Kenya and Botswana will be awarded a £5000 scholarship as a fee reduction. All students from Uganda and South Africa will be awarded a £4000 scholarship as a fee reduction.   • Archaeological and Forensic Sciences Endowed Scholarship
    • This £10,000 tuition fee discount award is available for all overseas students studying either an MA in Archaeology & Identity, MSc in Archaeological Sciences, MSc in Human Osteology and Palaeopathology, MSc in Landscape Archaeology and Digital Heritage or MSc in Forensic Archaeology and Crime Scene Investigation.   • Bradford-Renduchintala Scholarships for MSc in Satellite Systems Engineering
    • This £10,000 tuition fee discount award is available for all overseas students studying MSc in Satellite Systems Engineering at the University of Bradford. To be eligible, students must have a minimum grade of 2:1 in their first degree and female applicants are prioritised in case of over-subscription. An application form is needed.   • Construction and Project Management MSc Scholarship
    • This £5,000 tuition fee discount award is available for all overseas students studying MSc Construction and Project Management at the University of Bradford. This scholarship is automatically awarded if these criteria are met. Click here to learn more.
  • MA Filmmaking Scholarship
    • This £5,000 tuition fee discount award is available for all overseas students studying MA Filmmaking at the University of Bradford. To be eligible, students must have a minimum grade of 2:1 in their first degree. An application form is needed. Click here to learn more.
  • Peace Studies and International Development Scholarship
    • All international students who have been offered a place in the following courses will be awarded a scholarship of £5,000 as a fee reduction: Peace, Conflict and Development MA; Peace, Resilience and Social Justice MA; Advanced Practice in Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution MA; International Relations and Security Studies MA; Economics & Finance for Development MSc; International Development Management MA; Project Planning and Management MSc; Sustainable Development MSc.   • Country Specific Scholarship
    • All students from one of the listed countries will be entitled to a £2,000 scholarship as a fee reduction for meeting or exceeding the entry criteria. This discount is payable for all years of study on the course. No application is required. Find out the eligible countries and more information here.
  • Vice-Chancellor’s Award for students from Ghana, India and Pakistan (3 separate scholarships)
    • All students from each of these countries will be offered a scholarship in the form of a fee reduction; £3,500 (Ghana and India), and £4,000 (Pakistan). The scholarship will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 60% or above. No application is required.
  • Bestway Foundation Scholarships for Students from Pakistan
    • Five scholarships are available and are each worth approximately £30,000. Full tuition fees and accommodation in The Green will be covered plus £6,665 per annum living costs to be paid in three instalments – October, January and April. This is available for overseas students from Pakistan who are studying Master’s courses in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Only courses in the Faculty of Life Sciences and Faculty of Engineering and Informatics (not including courses in the School of Media, Design and Technology) are eligible.   • GREAT Scholarship TURKEY

University of Bristol

  • Think Big Postgraduate Scholarships
    • Awards are available of £5,000, £10,000 and £20,000 towards the cost of tuition fees for international applicants. Online application required. You are eligible to apply if you have applied to start any one-year, full-time master’s programme, or one of our eligible two-year programmes – Social Work (MSc) and Law (MA), starting in 2023.     • £3,000 tuition fee discount towards each year of study. In order to qualify students must:

    • LJMU is offering £10,000 towards tuition fees for one-year master’s programmes to students from Kenya and Turkey, who will enrol into UK higher education institutions in the 2023-24 academic year.   • Regional Scholarships
    • LJMU are pleased to be able to offer eligible applicants from selected regions up to a £4,000 tuition fee discount towards each year of their studies. The University of Manchester

  • GREAT Scholarships
    • The University of Manchester, in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, is offering eight scholarships to students in Bangladesh, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand and Turkey who’re applying for one-year master’s programmes and will enrol in the 2023/24 academic year.   • Global Futures Scholarship

Manchester Metropolitan University

  • Chancellor’s and Vice Chancellor’s International Awards
    • Valued between £6,000 and £8,000 in the first year of study. Application required. Please check the website for information here.
  • Postgraduate Scholarship
    • Value: £3,000 in the first year of study. You must have been accepted onto a full-time taught master’s degree course starting in January 2023. Click here for more details.

Queen Mary University of London

  • Queen Mary Global Excellence Scholarships (PG)
    • The scholarship is worth £2,000. To be eligible to receive the scholarship students must have achieved a UK First Class Bachelor’s degree or an overseas equivalent. No application is needed. Students will be considered for an award based on the information they provide in their online application to Queen Mary.     • The Children of Alumni Loyalty Award gives £1,000 of year-1 overseas fees for children of international alumni. Click here for more information.

University of Salford

  • NCUK Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship
    • £3,000; The NCUK Salford Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship (progression from the Master’s Preparation) is open to applicants who have an offer for a master’s programme and have achieved 65% from 120 credits, with an EAP C or equivalent in the NCUK Master’s Preparation. There is no application process. Your eligibility for this scholarship will be assessed when you apply to your chosen programme. If you are successfully accepted for this scholarship, to confirm your funding you must confirm your offer of admission by paying your tuition fee deposit. Click here for more information.
  • Global Gold Excellent Scholarship
    • For postgraduate applicants starting in the academic year 2023/2024, the Global Gold Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000. Based on Academic merit. No application is required. Please see further information here.

  • NCUK Merit PG Scholarship
    • Each scholarship is a competitive award worth 25% of the original tuition fee for a postgraduate taught programme starting in September 2023. The deadline for scholarship applications is 13:00 (UK time) on Monday 15 May 2023. Find out more information here.

Sheffield Hallam University

  • Transform Together Scholarships
    • Transform Together Scholarships are exclusively for international students starting a full-time taught course. A half-fee waiver (50% discount) is available for postgraduate courses for the first year of study. Application needed. Find out more information here.
  • Regional Vice Chancellor Awards

  • GREAT Scholarships
    • This scholarship is exclusively for students domiciled in India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Nigeria starting a full-time postgraduate taught course in September 2023.   • South Asia Excellence Scholarship

University of South Australia

  • Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship
    • Recipients will receive a 50% reduction in their tuition fees for the duration of their undergraduate or postgraduate degree (max. 4 years).   • International Merit Scholarship
    • Recipients will receive a 15% reduction in their tuition fees for the duration of their chosen
