NCUK Celebrates 10th University Fair 2024 at IEN Institute

October 17th, 2024 marked the 10th anniversary of the annual fair hosted by the IEN Institute in Seoul’s Gangnam district. The NCUK University Fair offers various opportunities for students considering higher education internationally. Through the annual fair, students can connect with leading university representatives and receive expert advice about courses, admissions, campus life, and more.
Over the last decade, the NCUK University Fair has become a crucial event for prospective international students. The fair brings together students enrolled in NCUK’s International Foundation Year (IFY) and Master’s Preparation (MP) to meet and get to know NCUK University Partner representatives.
This year, the fair welcomed a total of 14 representatives from NCUK University Partners. Notable speakers at this fair included as Dr Kelly Hall from the University of Birmingham and Dr Michael Harte from The University of Manchester.
UK universities offer a distinct selection of majors, making it essential for students to carefully consider their options to align with their future career goals. The annual NCUK University Fair at IEN provides a valuable opportunity for students to receive in-depth information directly from university representatives before application deadlines. This year’s fair featured a key highlight: a special session by Dr. Michael Harte on career pathways in Pharmacy and Bioscience. Dr Harte’s session was tailored to students who are looking for an aspiring career in these scientific fields. He aims to provide students with crucial knowledge about these disciplines, including insights into career development and industry expectations.
The IEN Institute is proud of its stellar track record. The institute boasts a 95% progression rate for International Foundation Year students and a remarkable 99% for Master’s Preparation students.
