BCS Tech10 accreditation sets a benchmark for excellence in technology education, giving learners confidence that the NCUK International Foundation Year Computer Science module not only prepares them for further studies but also meets industry demands. This accreditation brings significant benefits to NCUK Study Centres as the BCS Tech10 seal of approval signals to prospective students and parents that the curriculum is both rigorous and relevant to current technological advancements.

Starting from the 2024-25 academic year, every NCUK student who successfully completes the  Computer Science module will be eligible to claim a free BCS/NCUK digital badge.

This badge can be included in applications and shared on professional social media profiles to showcase the knowledge and skills gained while studying with NCUK. In addition to the digital badge, students will also gain access to BCS resources, further supporting their personal and professional development and paving the way to progress towards full Chartered IT Professional status.
