Nigeria Tour 2017 – Brookstone International Foundation School

Posted:

Earlier this year in February 2017, representatives from NCUK and several of our partner universities visited four NCUK study centres across Nigeria. Students from Oxbridge Tutorial College, British International School, Chrisland Pre-Degree College and Brookstone School were given the chance to discuss their upcoming university applications with international representatives and academics from each institution, as well as listening to informative presentations about coming to the UK.

Prospective students from local schools were also invited to speak directly to NCUK and university representatives to find out more about NCUK qualifications and our guaranteed route to the UK. Students were given a unique insight into life in the UK, studying at university and the variety of study options available at our partner institutions.

The tour concluded with the official launch of our new study centre in Abuja, Brookstone International Foundation School. The state-of-the-art college is NCUK’s first venture in Abuja with our existing Port Harcourt partner, Brookstone School. Watch highlights from the official launch opening in the following video:

Brookstone has a history of consistently high academic standards, producing many successful students who have progressed to the UK after completing the NCUK International Foundation Year. Andrew Straughan, NCUK Market Development Manager, was delighted to attend the launch event and spoke of his excitement to be working in a new capacity with Brookstone.
