Successful launch between NCUK and Taipei School Alliance
Last week, NCUK and Taipei School Alliance had the pleasure to organise and deliver the launch event for three further Taipei Schools.
The event was attended by many NCUK representatives virtually as well as NCUK University delegates. Joining from the UK, NCUK Chief Executive Officer Professor John Brewer highlighted the strong relationship that NCUK has with the Taipei City Region which is about to enter its second year and will be now welcoming Wan Fang Municipal High School Cheng Gong Boys’ High School and Jing Mei Girls’ High School.
The cooperation with NCUK can not only shift the internationalisation of our school, but also help improving teachers’ ability and expand students’ global vision. NCUK’s International Foundation Year can benefit students on interests exploring and career direction recognition.
Pamela Chiang, Principal of Taipei Zhongzheng Senior High School.
During this event, NCUK University representatives including Aston University, The University of Western Australia, University of Leeds, Queen Mary University of London and University of South Australia also had the chance to speak to attendees about the strong relations these universities hold in Taiwan.
University of South Australia treasures its partnership with NCUK. It is our great honour to be able to take part at the launch event in Taipei as we believe that NCUK’s high quality of education will best prepare Taiwanese students to come and study with us in the near future.
