Newcastle University Medicine (NUMed) Malaysia is the international branch campus of Newcastle University, UK, a prestigious member of the Russell Group of research-intensive universities. Situated in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, NUMed offers a Foundation in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and BSc (Honours) Biomedical Sciences. The dedicated Career Services team offers tailored guidance on career planning, CV writing, securing summer internships, and more. Biomedical Sciences students are offered support in exploring career pathways and preparing for the next steps in their professional journey.

For those in the medical programme, support is focused on helping graduates with applications for housemanship or UK Foundation Training. While job placements are not guaranteed as the application will be directly with the NHS, NUMed is committed to assisting students throughout their careers, even after graduation.
