There are three residence buildings at TMU, each offering fully furnished rooms, meal plans, and 24/7 front desk support. Residences are just steps away from classrooms, libraries, athletic facilities and public transit, putting everything students need within easy reach. Living in residence is more than just a place to stay, it’s an opportunity to connect with peers, access academic and wellness support, and build a sense of belonging in the TMU community. TMU’s downtown campus blends modern innovation with education, offering students access to a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities. Scholarships

President’s Entrance Scholarship

This scholarship’s total value is $40,000 CAD ($10,000 CAD/year for 4 years). Awarded to students who demonstrate strong academics, leadership, original thought and creative ability, the scholarship includes reserved residence space and is open to international students with a minimum 90% admission average.

International Student Leadership Award (ISLA)

This award is worth $5,000 CAD (entrance-only, non-renewable). International students who are entering their first year of a full-time undergraduate program are eligible for this award which requires strong academics, leadership and extracurricular involvement.
