International Foundation Year
Oxbridge Tutorial College – Lekki
Oxbridge Tutorial College was established in 1993 as Nigeria’s premier sixth form college. Now in her 25th year of delivering high quality, internationally accredited programmes, the college boasts a robust faculty, state-of-the-art facilities and value-driven education. One of our core academic qualifications is the NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY), a one-year modular course moderated by NCUK. The excellent delivery of this qualification has translated into our students progressing on to Russell Group universities such as the University of Bristol, University of Leeds, The University of Manchester, The University of Sheffield and many others. The exceptional preparation they receive results in the majority of students ultimately achieving a first or second upper-class qualification. This sterling achievement can also be attributed to the dedication of the teaching staff most of who have been at the college for a number of years.
As part of our success story, it is gratifying to mention that some of our IFY students have been regular recipients of NCUK Prize Awards which they receive at NCUK’s Annual Prize Awards Ceremony. This achievements by students invariably puts our college as a leading NCUK Study Centre in Nigeria.
It is another exciting time for us at the college as we have taken another giant stride with the opening of our new campus in Lekki Phase 1. We welcome our first cohort of students in September to this campus, allowing them to begin a journey of academic excellence and providing them a taste of the Oxbridge experience.
Oxbridge has just launched a Lekki campus located at a serene part of Lagos. I am optimistic that you will have an exciting time with us. Our goal is to ensure the same quality, ethos and achievements in our new centre as in our original Ikeja centre. We look forward to welcoming you to Oxbridge and having you as a part of our community.
