Prize Winners were joined by staff from NCUK, Study Centres and NCUK Universities as well as friends and family of students who were all very excited to be part of this prestigious event. Before the ceremony commenced, students were given the opportunity to have professional photographs taken of themselves, visit the Prize Awards photo-booth and enjoy afternoon tea. Students were able to meet up with their friends that they studied with at NCUK Study Centres and meet staff from their universities during this time.

The ceremony itself begin with a short introduction from Georgina Jones, NCUK Market Development Director who welcomed all in attendance followed by an encouraging speech from Professor John Brewer, Chief Executive Officer of NCUK. John took time to speak to students directly to congratulate them on their hard work and that they had been successful in reaching their goal of studying at university.

Believe in yourself. Make lasting friendships at university with people who bring out the best in you. Also, enjoy university, ensure you have a work-life balance, as this is also very important.

The annual Prize Awards ceremony is always a highlight. Celebrating the successes of students who have completed NCUK qualifications is one of our top priorities. It’s such a fantastic achievement and demonstrates how NCUK can shape student’s futures.
